Synergy!

So remember back when I was complaining about the lack of community and how I had all these great reason for why it was a good idea? Well, a funny thing happened. And by a funny thing I mean that we found community and I was right. Not in every way and detail, but certainly along the lines of, and in the spirit of the thought.

It goes back to the whole family friends thing. It turns out when you are friends with people it often turns into a situation where you help each other with stuff and that produces a lot of economic and social synergy... sorry for using that word.
 

 It still blows my mind, which is why I guess why I'm writing about it more. First it blows my mind because this took so long to happen. I still don't understand why. And secondly, it blows my mind because it is pretty stinkin awesome. I mean, friends are cool.

I guess I don't have a deep point today, but I am thankful for friends and I am quite tickled at how good and plentiful they are here. For all its faults Maryland seems to have a decent collection of people.
